Description
New for Series I: the nine world seals travel as a souvenir pane — all nine on one 3.25 × 4.45 in block with its own selvage, the way the Continuum Post issues them: title band, transit spiral, the NOW / HENCE / THEN / YON compass, the red well route running to THE WELL, and the law printed in the margin.
Each seal kiss-cuts from the pane individually; peel one away and its ghost ring stays behind, keeping the shape of where it lived. Every pane is numbered by hand.
Issued by the Continuum Post itself — Series I, the nine worlds of the home sector — and sold at the General Delivery window the Post keeps in the Unbirthday’s Town Square. A souvenir sheet is the one thing a postal service prints about itself.
The nine seals
Each world stamps its own mail: the moth-raven of Nocturne on its crescent, the rose window of the Glasslands, the teacup of the Tea Reaches, the dandelion of the Wandering Garden, the clock-face ace of the Unbirthday, the cat of the Menagerie, the glowing diode of the Glimmerward, the speaking wall of Wallspeak, and the Loom at the edge of space. Hold the pane and you hold the whole postal route in one hand.
About the stowaway
Every parcel that crosses the Vortex carries one stowaway. This is the law. It arrives from a world that is not this one, it is not listed on your manifest, and it varies from parcel to parcel. That is rather the point. A pane is no exception — one rides with every crossing.
Care
Apply to clean, dry surfaces. Seals are archival by intent, ephemeral by philosophy. Each pane is printed, cut and numbered in-house, so yours will differ slightly from the one pictured.
Series 1. Nine worlds, one pane — it ships flat and rigid, by paper post.
Made at the ABQ Terminus — the Well on the route chart. The outpost has taken to the circuit: the chalked A-frame travels the desert, the traveling table appears wherever the markets do, and the online shelves never close. The dispatch tells the story ▸
